John's 40th B-day Pirate Parade

Join us for this Once in My Lifetime Event

Aye Mateys! Me ship comin' about for the fortieth time across this stormy sea of life.  Come join us and a bunch of other like-minded scallywags before the Iowa vs Iowa State game for some pirate-themed debauchery and a parade past the other tailgaters in order to make them join our ranks or cower in fear. 

Updates on the official exact starting point will be updated and communicated to the crew the week before the game. We are roughly starting in the Olive Court area and doing a meandering circle around tailgating areas and ending back where we started. 

The exact time is also yet to be determined due to not wanting too many people falling overboard too early due to night game shenanigans. However, we will be starting the march early afternoon in order to make it through all our stops and back to the beginning.

• A - Start at - 2 Leamer Ct
• B - Olive Branch - MP peeps tailgate
• B2- Pirate Pyramid - Group of fellow tailgaters who made human pyramid with me on the 50 yrd line after the 2017 Iowa vs Ohio State game. According to them, its a good omen for the day's game if they see the pirate. 
• C - Grateful Garage - Live music and usually beer sample tents
• E - Alumni Bus - A fellow crew of hawkeye fans that will be ready for rambunctiousness. 
• F - Pep Rally - Let's shiver their timbers!
• G - End - Back at 2 Leamer Ct
